For any order until 18 o'clock we deliver to you before 7 o'clock the next morning to the address of your choice. In urban areas, we deliver orders by 10 a.m. even on the same day. Your customer advisor will be happy to inform you about the regional delivery times.
You decide whether you want a delivery on time or a complete delivery. You also decide whether you want the delivery per object or apartment.
Pick up at our locations
If you urgently need a product, you will find an electrician's shop at all locations where you can order your products at the counter and take them with you. Alternatively, you can have your order deposited in our collection rooms. These are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Track and Trace Service
With our "Track & Trace" function you are always up to date and know where your order is at the moment.
Place, time, estimated delivery and pictures: You can follow all work steps as well as the current status of your delivery synchronously and in real time in the "Track & Trace" function of our mobile app and also in the webshop.
On request, we pre-assemble switch combinations and label them. This reduces your assembly effort. And you only get what you need for your project.
We have over 2,600 cable types from more than 50 suppliers in our range. We have a good half of the assortment in stock. What is not in stock, we will organise for you within a short time. We assemble the cables to the desired length.

Returns processing with pick-up service
It's also easy: we collect your returns free of charge. For the sake of the environment, with the next delivery, in order to avoid extra journeys. Thanks to our certified returns process, they are quickly and efficiently processed.
Return of packaging material
We take the following materials back at any time. The prerequisite is that they are in an intact condition:
- Empty reusable cable bobbins
- Reusable cartons (folded)
- Reusable plastic bags for small parts (in a larger and closed bag)
Please deposit your return at the unloading point. Our chauffeurs will gladly take them back with their next delivery tour.
Digital delivery note
You have the option of completely dispensing with paper upon delivery. Our Track and Trace service allows you to track the status of your order online and our chauffeurs can deliver the goods without shipping documents. Contact your sales representative or the office to switch to the digital delivery note. You will receive the delivery note via e-mail before the order is dispatched.
